The Josco Abrasive Nylon Wheel Brush is perfect for working on plastics and wood, efficiently removing rust, oxide build-up, and light burrs from steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. With its softer brushing effect, it's ideal for preparing painted surfaces prior to repainting and creating a rust effect on soft timbers.

One major advantage of using a nylon brush is that it won’t scratch, making it suitable for cleaning and polishing all types of wood (fine or rustic), metallic surfaces such as car bodies, tile, stone, concrete, plastic, and both stainless steel and aluminium.

Josco’s abrasive nylon brushes are constructed with 80 grit nylon filaments impregnated with aluminium oxide particles. These filaments act like flexible files, deburring, cleaning, and blending edges as they work over your surface. As the brush wears, fresh abrasive grits are continuously exposed, ensuring long-lasting performance. These brushes are flexible, resistant to breakage, and offer a safe, extended working life. They are suitable for dry applications only and are designed for use in power drills.

Usage Tip: Run the abrasive nylon wheel brush against a rough surface for about 10 seconds before use to expose the grit for optimal performance.
