Can I pick up from you?
No sorry, we ship from several warehouses (sometimes even direct from the manufacturer), so we cannot offer pick up
Where are you located?
Jonno still hasn't emerged from the cave he locked himself into in 2020. Tech & Customer Support is shared between Melbourne and Cebu (Phillipines). Dispatch is from various locations in Melbourne. No we don't have a shopfront or a showroom!
Why should i trust someone I can't talk to?

No problems, we’re always here to help. If you message us same day then its easy to cancel, but if the clock ticks past midnight sometimes its difficult to cancel or fix something as its likely already packed. We will try our best!
