Do you offer pick up?
As our products can come from different warehouse across Melbourne, customers are not able to pick up their orders.
When will you dispatch my order?
Almost all orders are shipped next business day, however depending on if the product you have ordered is not in our main warehouse it might take an additional day
Which courier do you use to ship my order?
We predominantly use Australia Post, but given the changing nature of freight in Australia we also incorporate Sendle (Couriers Please & Aramex) based on current industry advice to ensure that we choose the fastest method.
If you are in Metro or Country Victoria and have ordered a set of wheels or tyres, we will often use a local courier to deliver your order. These orders will be untracked, but highly efficient. Please note that couriers cannot ship to a PO BOX!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed a Dispatch Notice with a tracking number (unless its being sent by local courier). Tracking numbers become live 24-48 hours after dispatch.
I ordered 4 wheels and the postie only delivered 1?
Unfortunately, a regular occurrence. Due to the size of some wheels and tyres, and the inability of the likes of Australia Post to keep multiple parcels within one consignment together, sometimes they do split deliveries. How much is shipping?
Most products shipped to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane CBD are freight free, with small surcharged based on product weight and your location where applicable. Our shipping calculator is very transparent in each listing and will give you an accurate price on standard and express shipping.
Do you combine shipping?
We try to combine all your orders together where we can. As shipping surcharges are based on weight, we cannot discount shipping any further
How long will delivery take?
Whilst our estimated delivery times are exactly that – estimates, item to Metro State Capitals usually arrive within 3-5 working days, 4-7 working days to larger regional towns, and 5-12 working days to remote locations. During peak periods please expect a little longer than usual.
